Here at Gather Co we want to ensure that the gap between your screen and our surfaces is bridged. As such, we have developed this Texture Guide to provide a general understanding of the finishes across our collection and to offer a sense of the ‘feel’ you can expect from each variety.
*Please note: This is intended as a guide only. Some surfaces may sit outside the prescribed finish as stated below. It is not a Slip Rating, you’ll find that in the “Resources and Installation” section at the bottom of each product page.

Denizli - is an industrial city in Turkey’s bustling Southwest that is popular with visitors for its surrounding thermal springs. With significant nearby ruins dating back to classical Greek civilisation, it is a cultural gem in Turkey’s outstanding Aegean region.
Travertine - A type of limestone that is formed by settling minerals and organic matter over extended periods. Typically white or light-coloured, it is deposited from mineral springs and is pitted by holes and pockets created through bubbling carbon dioxide. These holes may be tended to during the installation of a project. Such is the diversity and longevity of travertine that it has been used to build both the Colosseum in ancient Rome and the modern-day Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
