Nominating delivery dates.

We're giving you the capacity to tell us exactly when you'd like your order delivered.

Once your order has reached the “Arrived At Warehouse” status, it's ready for dispatch. Please ensure any outstanding balance left owing is promptly paid. Doing so automatically triggers a button to appear on the “Orders” tab of your trade dashboard: “Nominate Delivery Date”. Use this tool to specify your preferred delivery date. 

Important points to be aware of:

  • A delivery date can only be nominated once the order's “Final Payment” has been made. Stock will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared.
  • After nominating a date, our team will not make contact, unless the requested delivery day presents a scheduling conflict.
  • As all trucking is outsourced, we are unable to offer precise delivery times, or allow clients to nominate a preferred delivery window.  
  • On the nominated delivery date the truck driver will call your stated site contact when he or she's roughly 1 hour from arrival.

Does Gather Co have a showroom?

Gather Co does not operate a showroom in the traditional sense. Our showroom is largely digital with physical representations being made by request, through the distribution of free samples.

Can I visit the Gather Co warehouse?

Unfortunately, due to workplace safety considerations and public liability restrictions, we cannot accomodate any non-essential visitors to our warehouse.

Does Gather Co sell anything directly to the public?

Gather Co is a strictly 'trade only' brand. This means that we do not interface or sell anything to non construction industry professionals.
