We understand how frustrating it can be when you don’t know what you’re looking at. That’s why we’re rolling out quick response codes with bulk of our samples. Simply scan each QR using the camera on your smart phone and get linked to the corresponding profile, complete with up-to-date product information. Never again will you specify something that’s no longer available. The QR will let you know in advance.

Do I need special software to scan the quick response codes on my samples?
Most smartphones now come standard with the required quick response code reading software. Failing this, scanning apps can be downloaded for free from the AppStore.
Will Gather Co collect my samples when I no longer need them?
Due to a multitude of difficulties surrounding accessing redundant samples, Gather Co no longer provides a collection service. That said, we've been very conscious to ensure all of our packaging is landfill biodegradable and kindly ask that you thoughtfully repurpose, gift or dispose of anything that's no longer relevant.
Who’s entitled to free samples?
All approved trade accounts are able to request free samples. Sample orders are limited to a total of 6 items per order, per day. Gather Co will cover all associated costs, including shipping.
